The first thing you can do is check your strainers to see if there is some debris. Next thing you can do is check your filters to see if there is a clog. The third thing you can do is give us a call for an inspection.

This usually can be solved by installing a vacuum breaker on the water line.

The pipes expand when they heat up. Usually the water lines were un in too small of holes. We would need to open up the wall and redrill the holes to make them a little larger for the water lines.

Chances are one of the actuator valve is stuck. You should flush the system every few years as proper preventive maintenance.

A decent quality water heater will usually last at least 10 years before needing to be replaced. Take a look at your water heater, behind, and around the unit. If you see water dripping from any pipes, leaking from the tank, or pooling around the tank. Murky water from the tap can also be signs that the water heater will fail soon. If hot water is running out quickly or you struggle to get hot – rather than warm – water from the tap, this is another sign. If you hear popping or rumbling noises coming from the water heater, it may be telling you that it’s close to failure. Finally,  if you find yourself adjusting the hot water dial a lot, your water heater may be sending you a message.
